He came down heavily on leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Jamait Ulema-i-Islam, Awami National Party leaders and Pakistan Peoples Party. With the completion of constitutional term of PTI government, KP would be totally different province and all the pledges made with the people during election 2013 by PTI leaders would be fulfilled, he said. He spoke in detail about the steps already taken by the PTI government for the good governance and the most importance was discouraging the politicians meddling in the public sector institutions. The health and education were the priority sectors and we have delivered in both sectors with complete determination. The change felt by the people and lauded by international agencies, he said.
The CM said that the principle of the merit has been upheld and the introduction of appointing young educated talented youth through NTS has made crystal clear the government policy. The KP government, he said eliminated the menace of corruption and focused only on people welfare-oriented project in the province. Earlier, the CM inaugurated a huge Pakistan Air Force (PAF) project at Nabi village. The total cost of the project was Rs 8.00 billion and the area situated at Nabi villager, a region of Tehsil Chota Lahor.
The project was expected to be completed during the next government but the PTI leaders said that credit goes to them for starting a huge project but on other hand the leaders who dominated the district politics for decades had utterly failed to initiate such project in district Swabi. There were projects within this project. There would be a PAF college, PAF School, 300 bed hospital, technical education centre, handicraft centre for women, a school for special children, community centre and a huge park at the edge of Indus River would be constructed by the government.
A total 1000 land has already been acquired for the project by the government and all the other initial requirements have been fulfilled. The PTI leaders said that with the completion of PAF project this far-flung area would be converted the area into one of the attractive regions in the district.
